Poor communication. Some paint not touched up after being told that they would. Battery in truck was weak and had warnings in the truck when got the truck back. Battery ended completely dying a week after the truck was returned.

Besides the lack of communication, the repair was done in a timely manner, and the job looked as though it never happened

I had to call to find out if the estimate was approved was told I’d get an email and never received an email. Then I had to call to see if the repair was even completed so the lack of communication is very poor.
