Communication with Ed Bozarth was abysmal. They said I could be into the shop by the 7th. Then I was not able to be until the 28th. Then they told me they'd contact me when the car was dismantled to let me know how long the work would take. They didn't. I had to contact them. They told me the car would be ready Tuesday. It wasn't ready then. When I went to pick it up on Thursday, the door wasn't properly aligned with the rear quarter panel or the front door. They fixed it the next day, but the communication was infuriating. I chose this company because they'd be able to get me in sooner. But I cancelled another appointment, with a company that would have had me in sooner, and I can only assume would have done better work. If they had communicated honestly initially, I never would have chosen them. It is safe to say, I will never chose to work with them again.

The color of the paint on the front bumper doesn't look like it matches the rest of the car.
