The car has more damage than when it was dropped off

My car was more damaged after I picked it up then when it was dropped off, tire windshield cracked and you’re refusing to take responsibility. There was no such crack and it wasn’t tied to the accident. I’m going to call a lawyer.

As stated previously, the repairs to the lock and steering wheel were satisfactory but the overall experience was poor.

The repair worked HOWEVER the car was returned in horrible shape. It had been smoked in and it was completely dirty. There was white residue all over and our daughter found pills and a bullet casing. We never saw the car until she picked it up from your body shop. Someone should have called us and called AAA to report this damage and the horrible condition the insides were in. The person found in the car was charged with felony possession of bad street drugs which were used inside the car. I was so unhappy when my daughter called me after she drove the car home. How could any shop turn a car over like that.

Jim Pugh, Taylor and the mechanic team that worked on my vehicle were did a phenomenal job. They were professional and I didn’t have to worry about anything. I will definitely keep going to this place of business just because of the excellent customer service I received and all were all well communicated to me.

Poor communication, empty promises, took much longer than quoted. To top it all off, I had a flat tire when I picked my vehicle up a month later. The team here kept giving me new dates my car would be ready and I had to call each time to find out it in fact would not be ready. They also stopped answering my calls and I had to stop in for a status update on one of the days I was supposed to get my vehicle. I am not an unreasonable person. I just wanted a valid timeframe to extend my rental coverage to and communication from them when there was a delay. I would absolutely not recommend Celebration Collision and had such a poor experience that I considered writing a review. I decided against that because I know how that can impact a business but you should make some changes in expectations given to customers and communication if you can’t live up to hose expectations.
