Initially, would rate 10, however, major problem as we left collision center.

Again, related to drive-away issue. The car was not accelerating correctly. In fact, our other car, following the repaired car noticed the repaired car continuing to apply brakes. After less than a mile, we pulled off the road. Discovered car mat on driver side was over the brake pedal, inadvertently applying the brake every time we tried to accelerate. The car was undriveable, until we found the problem. Of concern, 1) safety, 2) how was the car driven while in the possession of Centerline ?

The experience was awful. I was not in the loop for majority of the process. Told multiple different things about when the car would be expected to be completed and then pushed back weeks. I was told several times parts would be in on certain days and then never hear anything back about the status. I got my car back and the check engine light is still on and my car does not output hot air. I expect a phone call back and immediate action to correcting this situation.

Lack of communication during the process. Inconsistent with deadline of when car would be completed and always changing. When I got my car back there was no coolant/antifreeze in the car. My car would not produce hot air. Had to take car to car dealership, buy coolant/antifreeze and have car line burped to release air in the lines. Also I had no back windshield wipers on my car in which I had to go buy new as well.

I am so happy to find a dependable car repair place that I can rely on. I never feel like they are taking advantage and their estimates are fair. They are customer oriented and welcoming. I would use this place. So much better than working with the dealerships.

The employees were so nice. Very kind and willing to go the extra mile. Very hardworking. They cleaned my car too, which was a nice surprise!
