Matt was very thorough in explaining everything he noted when looking over the car to create the estimate for repairs. He answered all of our questions and was transparent throughout the process. I appreciated the daily text messages giving updates on the progress of the repair. It was also super convenient that Centerline was able to facilitate my rental car company coming to pick me up to get my rental car, and also being able to leave the rental at Centerline when I picked my car up. Everyone was super friendly and helpful as well!
