From start to finish the staff at centerline was seriously amazing. Super friendly and you can tell they take pride in their work. I liked having the text updates as well. I was amazed when I got my car back and saw that it had been completely detailed - inside and out! It looks like it just stepped off the showroom floor. While I wasn’t happy that I got into an accident, I’m happy that Centerline was there when I needed them. Absolutely stellar experience.

I’ve used you guys at least 3 times prior and it was excellent. This time the communication was incredibly poor. I understand that my contact had some medical issues, but I would have thought that it would have been handled by the rest of the team. Everyone is incredibly nice, just no communication at all.

Most of my contact was with the front office. The woman at the desk (my apologies, I am terrible with names) was so helpful with the entire process. Including assisting with the car rental and reminding me to get everything out of my car. I thought that I had everything. She listed a few items and yes… they were all still in the car. 😊
