It took an extremely long time to get the parts in. I received the estimate on 7/22, scheduled the repairs for 8/26. Couldn’t start work until 9/30. This gave me the impression that parts weren’t order in July when estimate completed and appointment made. Due to lack of communication between 7/22 and 8/22 when I got the call that parts weren’t in and they would call me back - I perceived that a month was wasted. Would have been nice to get a weekly update on delayed parts instead of me having to call and check on status.

I am surprised how quickly once I got the original estimate and the estimate after State Farm was completed especially when State Farm requires after market parts which came from Indiana and Wisconsin. The match to the original paint was spot on. Surprised Central Auto Body could coordinate all that and have the vehicle done in 3 days. Thanks!

After getting the initial estimate on the car repair. Went through my auto insurance claims. They approved the repair with aftermarket parts vs OEM parts. Central Auto Body estimated three days to repair. Took the car in on the scheduled date and at the same time got rental from Hertz. Central Auto Body completed the repair in three days as promised. Amazing especially getting aftermarket parts from Indiana and Wisconsin and having to paint them. The repair done was excellent. One could not tell a repair had been done. Even the paint job was a perfect match. Thanks, Central Auto Body.
