I initially dropped the car off on a Friday, after business hours, thanks to Jason squeezing me in their already jam packed schedule. I had the pleasure of working with Jason, for an accident I was involved in on my 2014 Lexus GS350 F Sport. Central Auto Body was 1 of 3 shops StateFarm offered for me to take my car for repairs. After looking at the reviews from all 3 shops, it was a very clear decision who I trusted repairing my Lexus. I've dealt with a few repair shops in the past with some "good" & "bad" experiences with either their service or quality. I've now found top quality SERVICE and Central Auto Body is even BETTER at their craft! I drove my car home once the repairs were completed and as the sun set, I noticed areas on my rear passenger door with paint blemishes in 3 different areas. I was hesitant to call Jason when I noticed it, as this portion of my car wasn't something they even repaired; but I called and left Jason a message on Friday night after hours. To no avail, I received a call from Jason at 7:30AM Monday morning telling me to swing over whenever I can. I came back at 3:45PM, Jason took one look at what I pointed out to him and said "toss me your keys, I'll take care of this for you in 10 minutes." 5 minutes later, Jason called me and said "you're all set, good to go!" I was absolutely floored how accommodating Jason, Tony, and the entire Central Auto Body staff was! A+ Service & Quality! I'm so happy I chose Central Auto Body for the repairs on my Lexus. Thank you for such a painless & seamless experience! No one is happy when they're involved in an accident, myself included, but I'm smiling ear to ear now that I have my Lexus back and looking better than ever! Thanks again for keeping me informed throughout the entire repair process, your team is exceptional!
