The only complaint I had was the duration of the repair. There was a two week period you had the quote and pictures to gather the parts . So you had six weeks. But the workmanship is awesome

With my total experience, I'm honestly shocked if they have return customers. Unless I was a special case, the experience was horrible.

I was referred to this body shop after being rear ended. While the body work looks good, they didn't replace a light cover on my back bumper because it "didn't appear to be damaged from the accident" I dropped it off with pieces of the broken light still on the bumper.

I feel like they were horrible in their communication. Instead of reporting to the insurance adjuster, they called me to give cost updates. If they would have called him in the first place he would have totaled the car. I feel like they tweaked the numbers to come in under budget so they didn't lose the money from the repair job. THEN they had the audacity to accuse me of lying to my husband about what I told them. Their claim was that I said I didn't want my car totaled. It is almost 20 years old, I could care less if it was totaled, it is just a vehicle not my baby. What actually happened is THEY told ME that they hate totaling cars.
