The employees were nice & helpful. I think it would’ve been great to have everyone on the same page when it came to communication with the parts being delayed and speaking with the car rental company. However, overall they were friendly and respectful.

*Lack of communication. It took a long time to complete and there was not any notice from them. I got info when I called. After we called and picked up the car we got three messages that we could pick up the car. Not a big deal I guess but it would have beenice to have the communication earlier. *Was made aware of the $15 credit card fee as she was taking my card. That may be on the paperwork somewhere and I did not see it.

It took about what we created to get my car done. The paint looks good. Everything works on the car which is good. My battery died which they made sure they got it to jump. They’re very friendly and they keep you up-to-date about your car which is good and if they don’t have the parts yet, they will call you, thank you for everything you guys did
