Yana and Aiden are an amazing team who took extremely good care of my request for the car repair from the beginning to the end. They explained how the process works, helped me arrange for the rental car pickup, advised me what to expect, communicated regularly on the progress. When they identified areas that needed additional attention they called me immediately and ensured that the repair was holistic and not half baked. I cannot thank them enough for the service they provided me with, especially for someone who was from Florida and already suffering the cold winter in Illinois during my short stay.

Visit was for oil change, battery check and evaluation of care at 100,000 mile point. Work was done efficiently and with high quality. Overview evaluation was thorough and very helpful about work to be done in the next 6 months. This was my second visit after great work this fall. I am a happy customer.

The repair of our 10 year old SUV exceeded all expectations. The damaged bumper was replaced, as well as the repair of two small rust areas. The car looks new, the benefit of their exquisite detailing (which I did not expect). The price was very reasonable, and the work was done ahead of schedule. I will be back for future work, and highly recommend CCC. Yana is a star!

I received text updates on the progress while my bodywork was being done. The repairs were beautifully done, on time at a very reasonable & competitive cost with a warranty on the work completed. They were very patient working with me. I was always wondered of pestering with phone calls but they always reassured me. They were FANTASTIC with communicating and always honest as to where we are with this process. They went above and beyond eith repairs that were not even mentioned prior to repair.
