Central Collision Center had a humble beginning at an old bread store back in the 1950s where we would use the loading dock as a place to store our parts. It was called Central Chevrolet Body Shop and located downtown on Church Street. Then, in 1995, we moved to our second location on Stadium Boulevard. We still needed room to grow, so we expanded even further by setting up shop in our nearly 30,000 square-foot space on Caprice Parkway in February 2010, right behind Central Chevrolet.

The workmanship is excellent and the car looks like it’s new. The repairman informed me of additional damage behind the damaged bumper and grill, provided the additional repair cost, the estimated time to complete the entire repair, and got my approval in advance of completing the repair. I greatly appreciated that process.

I went in for an estimate to repair the front bumper and grill several months before taking it in, and I was given an estimate on the spot. At that time, I was informed that there was probably some additional damage that was not visible. That was correct. I was given a very reasonable and trustworthy estimate well in advance, and there was no surprise when I decided to take the car in for the repair. I felt like a valued customer from beginning to the completion of the repair.

Went to get it my Tahoe the first time and the front bumper was a bright white with little to no metallic in it like the rest of my truck. The man that looked at it said he didn’t see it but he would fix it if I wanted him to. Went back the second time and it still doesn’t match as far as the shade of white. He said he would fix it if I wanted him to. I told him I would take it home and get back with him. Now that I have it home and it’s a clear day rather than the cloudy day I picked it up they painted the 2 side doors and they are darker than the front or back fenders. What do you do trust them a third time to fix it or find someone who can?
