The lady who answers the phone and makes appointments is wonderful. She really stays on top of things. The gentleman who does the estimates is great. He has repaired may of my vehicles and we take all of our work vehicles to your shop for repairs.

Very kind and caring people! They gave updates often throughout the whole process! Also I got my truck back four days earlier than expected! My truck looks brand new again, and has a warranty on their work. Hopefully I’ll never be in this situation again but if I am Gerber will be who I use! My car smelled bad when I picked it up, the door/window they repaired has bad wind noise. The tint on the replaced window has scratches in it. The outside panel on the door is lifted. There’s black paint, I guess, on the window I can’t get off. There’s a part on the door on the inside that is not in the right spot.

When Gerber Collision told me they would keep me updated on the progress of my truck, I thought, "yea right." Much to my surprise, they kept me updated every step of the way. I simply cannot believe that this company actually followed through with what they claimed they would do. I have had many a company tell me that they would call me back, keep me posted, or any of the other such like and it is a rare exception that the company actually follows through. This is not the case with Gerber! The location is very convenient. The people are extraordinarily friendly and knowledgeable. The shop is exquisitely clean. The intake counter/Office was exceptionally clean and tidy. I would absolutely recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to anyone seeking professional, top quality repair work. If I could give more stars than 10 out of 10, I would. Outstanding service!
