The work is just as described in the estimate and the results are first class. I trust their efforts to produce a fantastic product. Passenger window alignment was not verified after install, visually obvious gap in window allowing air in while driving. Quarter glass was removed and replaced as a one time use piece, resulting in a need to retint my new quarter glass however tint install was embarassingly sloppy and does not match the cut of the opposite quarter glass. Multiple spots with contaminants under the clear coat as well as scratches. Hazing in the clear in a handful of spots. A rock chip that was within the blend area of the quarter was not painted and just cleared over. Door and quarter panel were painted and blended but door handle was not and now looks different. Not sure why the door was blended onto the quarter and not on to the fender as well. the repaired area was buffed after repair, leaving me with 30% of a buffed car that looks good while the rest of the car does not match. Staff was friendly and easy to work with, seemed willing to work with me on these issues. We’ll see after the car is reevaluated by them if it can be brought to a more finished condition.
