Right now, based on the quality as initially received I would say it is this level. However, based on the willingness and easy rescheduling, this could go higher depending on the quality when I receive the vehicle back after the second rework.

Initial pickup, the car had numerous deep scratches through freshly painted rocker panel, as well as just painting over chips in the salvage door, instead of fixing them prior to paint, along with several spots where dirt/debri was under new paint. Required me to bring the car back and reschedule to have it resolved. Shop personnel were more than willing to make it right.

Both individuals in the front office were very friendly and easy to deal with both on the initial estimate, as well as working with me on the reschedule. I enjoyed talking with them and would definitely recommend them to others.
