There is two front camera’s the one on the right was not connected correctly. I remove front bumper and fix the connector. Decals were still on ordered, I request to pick up and told them I would install the decals.

Unfortunately there were a lot of communication issues and a piece of the car was not with it when picked up.

There is still a piece missing and communication was not awesome. What was done looks good, just disappointed there was no mention of the missing piece except a post it on the dash when I had to pick it up after hours after being told it was done. There is a real issue with your update methods and apparently communication between the shop and the office admin.

Staff I spoke to were polite and responsive to direct questions and requests, but little effort was made to give realistic updates on work unless I reached out over the phone repeatedly. The text update option is very ineffective and frustrating as It’s a one way system. The online progress tracker was not used in a way that gave me any valuable knowledge. This was not a great experience for me.

The customer service was excellent. My car was hit and my bumper and trunk were scratched. The App and text messages were the ways that I could see when my car was finished but they said contradictory information so I had to call to see if my vehicle was complete. The scratches are still visible on my trunk. The bumper is new though.

You were able to quickly respond to a request to make the F150 temporarily toad worthy so I was able to use it for a vacation trip before doing the complete repair. Without the truck vacation for an extended family would have been cancelled because I was towing a travel trailer and had all the food plus other gear two other vehicles didn’t have room to carry. You saved what could have been a large disappointment. Thanks from me and my family.
