Great people plus they know their trade, my issue was due to rolling fallen logs for chipping, on the last one of course I turned in too soon crushing the rear drivers mid tire to trunk rear box side (Tacoma 4x4 V6) and took out the rear outer light plastic. Central has a jig where they remove the box, then depending on type of welds, screws they properly did it so the outer panel was simply removed and already in a working “mode” (some needed cussing may have been needed). No yanking out the metal, using a grinder and Bondo. Central installed a new complete rear left box outer panel using all the correct welds, screws, bolts, etc. In perfect light to see issues there were none paint match and buffing are excellent an according to the rare sun (Seattle area). They offer text progress reports if wanted and even took out the old lights and put them aside for us. Of course, they work well with insurance (Progressive I can speak to) . When picking it up there were a few new police cars having equipment installed such as pushing gear, and other “stuff” My wife (who bought the truck and doesn’t know they do more than cruise sunset blvd in Hollywood) chewed my booty “it’s not a work truck” blah blah 🙄
