The lack of communication and the proximity to our home (20 minutes seems far in a small place like Dayton!) would make me hesitate to refer friends/colleagues here.

Byron has been nothing but kind and pleasant, but the work itself took longer than expected, there was poor communication concerning when the work would be done (I had to call to verify when exactly the car would be ready and at that point it had been nearly a week), there were white spray-paint-like spots left on my black car near the repair, and there was no follow-up on the quotes I had requested for the hail damage and for the dent on the side of my car.

Took the car in on Tuesday, promise date was Friday. Actual ready date was the following Friday. Never heard a word from anyone about the delay. We left phone messages twice but never received any call backs.
