I appreciate the professionalism and updates. When I got there, Baby called and arranged for a pickup to get my rental. Throughout the entire process, I was kept informed AND the did NOT keep my car for a ridiculous amount of time.

The people were great. The paint match was good. But I have two issues with the job, one of which I could not articulate when picking up the car, although I knew something was off. My car’s bumper was reconstructed, but not exactly correctly. The right side and the left side do not match precisely. Also the spacing between the side panel and the bumper is a bit off. I mentioned this issue to Saby, and he said he would address it when I return to LA.

The ENTIRE staff at Century 1st is AWESOME! Emily, Juan, Sabi, Mauricio and Greg made the process of getting my car fixed easy and stress free, from calling the rental company to pick me up from their shop to get a rental while they worked on my car, after a hit and run accident to calling an Uber to take me home during a separate visit for a minor repair while they worked on my car for a couple of hours. I felt like VIP. Emily was the glue to connecting to whomever I needed to speak with. Such a pleasant and positive young lady. Juan and Sabi kept me updated on the status of my repairs and when I got my car back I was very pleased. I was greeted with 5 star treatment every step of the way! I totally recommend Century 1st for auto repairs. You guys rock!

I am very happy with my experience at Century 1st. The work was done very professionally and to a high level of quality. All the office personnel were very oriented to understanding my concerns and putting them to rest. I can highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their vehicle. This was my second visit to the shop for body work and both times I was glad I came to Century 1st.
