We have Enterprise rent a car relationship to ensure the customers are always taken cared of on there car needs.

Employees were nice however appeared to be overwhelmed. I was told three business days for my vehicle which into an additional 5 days (no problem). I turned my rental car in based on being told that my vehicle would be ready at a particular time. Bottom line an employee drove me home as I was told that my vehicle would be delivered that evening. To no avail that didn’t happened- I had to call to find out that it wasn’t going to happen- I missed an evening appointment. Upon my conversation with the employee I was told my vehicle would be delivered to me the following morning between 7:30 and 7:45 - so that I could go to work that didn’t happen. I received a call at 9:40 stating that my car would be delivered within thirty minutes- they arrived late. I do understand that things happen- there’s was no apology or consideration for my inconvenience…I missed work The vehicles work looks nice …. I’ve paid additional cost for the inconvenience
