The body work itself was decent, however, I was initially told it was ready to pick up on Friday but then received a call back as I was on my way to get it saying that they were keeping it until Monday as they needed to "recalibrate" it. I received no description of what that meant, nor was I given opportunity to speak with a technician about it. I didn't hear anything from them on Monday, so I called them myself on Tuesday afternoon for a status check and was told that it was ready to pick up and they just needed to complete the paperwork. I assumed that everything had been taken care of since they didn't mention any issues prior to returning my keys to me. On the way home I noticed an error message on my dash that said "Audi side assist and exit warning ⚠️ Malfunction! Please contact service". I haven't had time to bring it back in due to my work schedule, but it would have been nice of them to let me know that they kept my car an extra 4 days and still didn't complete the recalibration that was needed. I'd say "Poor communication" from the service department.

They fixed the bumper just fine. The problem I have is that they were holding onto my car for ridiculously long for a simple bumper fix, took about 3 WEEKS just to get me car back, and even then I had to go in and ask to have it back that day. The “recalibrations” they were holding the car for to check on didn’t even exist. I will NOT be returning here EVER AGAIN.

Certified Collision did a great job! They went above & beyond. They even ended up tinting my back window from my car which was great! & they had the coolest Halloween decorations too!
