The parts that was delivered or that showed up was never shown or presented to me. I never even got to see what it looked like if brand new or not or even what brand it is.

I would have liked to have been sent a link of the prior work photos , and after work photos. Most shops usually take photos of the work before and after. How do I really know if I have a brand new part installed or if they used the old parts?. Service was fast, but not very informative about the process. Or updated information along the way. Would be great to have photos .

Unfortunately, I had some work done by another body shop in the Stockton, area. Which was not an accident related service and was very disappointed with that particular shop.
