Despite them not inspecting the tires and the clock not being reset to the correct time upon delivery, the quality of the repairs was great.

The staff were really nice and did a quality job of repairing the car. They did forget to inspect the tires before the car was deemed ready, but I was able to come in and have them look at it free of charge. There is also a lifetime warranty on repairs, which is awesome.

I am upset that my recommended shop who Is in Partnership with Kemper Insurance would not trust Kemper to send payment and forced me to get an additional rental for 5 days. Also that one of your adjusters (Lucas) is a sexist pig blaming a mistake of the shop on a , and I quote, "A woman prepped your original estimate and she knows nothing of vehicles like most women" And 3rd My bumper was marked as repairable and was repaired. However it was not returned as it was recieved. The estimator (who was not a woman) didn't take into consideration that if they removed an item due to a small dent on the left the would not be able to put it back on correctly. Therefore then tried to have me pay out of pocket and blamed me for a previous collision that I did not do. Their communication skills are lacking meaning they don't call back when they say they will and all in all I would never recommend their services to anyone again

8/24 Had a 9:00 to have the Chip Guard Film replaced Someone from Certified call Ron’s Auto Tint Certified called me and stated that per Ron’s paint needs to dry for 3 weeks and for me to call Show up and No Authorization from Certified Very very frustrated Please call Ron’s Claim 55-70S0-87W01

I noticed one problem toward the end, the TPWS sensor died the day after I picked up the vehicle. I returned the vehicle on Monday and the problem was corrected with no problem.
