I noticed one problem toward the end, the TPWS sensor died the day after I picked up the vehicle. I returned the vehicle on Monday and the problem was corrected with no problem.

I still think the front end should align perfectly and not look like it was done again…

They were very friendly and got me in right away. The work done was pretty good but I had to have them fix the front end as it didn’t align right. I still think it could be better. They did end up breaking a seal or something on a transmission hose and the day I picked it up my transmission drained and I was stuck on the side of the road. They were there in minutes and had the issue resolved by end of day so that was great.

My vehicle was not returned to me in better condition than I brought it in. There were more areas of damage then when I dropped it off. The inside was dusty and not cleaned before returning back to me. The inside of the the door has large paint droplets so it is no longer smooth. There is a chip on the inside of my bumper from when the lamp was replaced. I do not feel that my car was taken care of with 💯 care. I am extremely dissatisfied with my entire experience with certified collision.

The receptionist up front was very pleasant and kind. The estimator, Anthony lacked follow up and consistency. He was pleasant but I felt very dismissed by him once I called out all of their errors. The young gentleman that tried to check me out the first time was very disrespectful and took no pride in the company. Placed blame on others when I found problems with my vehicle, even when I was not trying to place blame. He needs a course in customer service.
