Over all this has been the best experience I’ve had with a collision center. I would definitely recommend to a friend or colleague.

Although I am very satisfied with the quality of work. I did identify some minor issues that I believe should have been addressed prior to having the vehicle turned over to me. Jairo my service rep had the concerns I pointed out addressed promptly. I did find a few nuances post delivery such as subwoofers enclosures cables not properly connected, subwoofers enclosure bracket had some minor chips and scratches and items not put back where they were originally stored. Maybe not a big deal to some but all in all this is why I cannot justify giving a perfect score in this area.
