I had a great experience with Certified Collision of Riverside. Steve was extremely helpful throughout the entire repair process. He explained everything clearly, kept in touch with updates, and made sure I understood what was happening with my car every step of the way. Dealing with the at-fault insurance company was very overwhelming and stressful, but Riverside Collision really helped me through it. They even covered what the insurance refused to cover, which I truly appreciated. The customer service, communication, and care they showed made a difficult situation so much easier. I highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs.

The car looked beautiful. However, there was absolutely no gas in the gas tank. And when I went to the gas station, I could not open my gas tank door. Before the accident, I was able to open it. I know this because I put a full gas tank before I ended up going to the beach. There were display lights such as wrenches and triangles. That were on my dashboard that I have no idea what they meant. I had to turn in my car to BMW and the next day. Luckily, I had a charger because I have a hybrid but there was very low gas only 16 miles worth.

The first meeting with the doctor was not the best. I feel the doctor needs to learn to listen to the patient closely to find out how they’re feeling instead of just looking in x-rays.
