I truly appreciated how reassuring and helpful Steve was from the very beginning. He immediately made me feel confident that the shop would take care of everything and help me navigate the insurance process without added stress. Antonio was my main point of contact, and he was outstanding throughout the entire experience. He was communicative, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Knowing that I was paying for a rental car out of pocket, he went out of his way to help rush the process. Antonio really fought for me and did everything he could to make sure things moved as quickly and smoothly as possible. Between him and I fighting my insurance we got it covered and all was made whole. Thank you! My truck looks great, good as new, and I’m so thankful to have stumbled upon the shop in my search for certified Toyota repair. I was a little Leary with pulling up and seeing BMW on the building given I have a Toyota and I wasn’t sure how available parts would be outside of the dealership but it went exceptional and I’m relieved and impressed with the work. I’m very grateful for their professionalism, dedication, and customer care. Thank you guys!
