I was satisfied with the Collision Center staff. I was very disappointed with Onsite Rental car. This is a bad reflection on BMW since this is who you partner with. My wife had an emergency in a bad area and the Onsite employees were only concerned about the car and not her safety. If this is who BMW chooses to do business with, them I will go elsewhere.

The results of the work done was phenomenal! I was very skeptical at the beginning because (1) the center is fairly new (2) one of the options presented for the repair seems unreal. Armando was really great and patient with answering all my questions. He provided details that helped me make an informed decision on the repair options. He was also very responsive and provided guidance every step of the process. Armando provided A+ customer service. I could not be happier with choosing this center to get the job done. I knew I wanted to only take my car to a certified BMW collision center. I was not really sure which one. I took a chance on BMW of Riverside Collision Center because of the great experience I had with the sales team almost 2 years ago compared to other dealerships. Armando just proved once again that BMW of Riverside truly has quality people. I also want to mention that the receptionist was very pleasant.
