You a trusting company well I look at it as a false statement ! When you have a clients vehicle I would’ve thought you would call my insurance and talk to them and give the information THEY NEEDED not me calling and telling you that they are waiting on you to send the information to them ! It took 2 months before I got my vehicle back !! Lack of communication and doing your job ! And the girls up front mmmm saying I cussed at her well that didn’t happen and then the owner said I was yelling if that was the case my grandson that has autism would of said something ! So if y’all are wanting to know if I would use them again heck no ! Oh I didn’t want my vehicle to go here any ways don’t like this place and won’t tell anyone to bring there vehicle here !

There wasn't much communication from them. I had to call to check on the status of the vehicle. The vehicle had scratches on it when it was returned to us that were not there when we left the truck in their care. The repair needed was done to our satisfaction.
