The fact that my car was in the shop and extended amount of time to delay shipping apart the extended rental was not covered and I was told that it would be and I was left holding the tune of $900 so I am not satisfied

I spoke with the owner or manager of this establishment explaining that the car rental company were calling me asking me when I was going to turn into car and at the end of my services I was left with a $900 car rental due to the fact that my car was in the shop so long for an extended amount of time so no I am not a satisfied camper the owner of this establishment assured me that State farm with cover the cost of the rental as long as he updated the claim they did not I was left holding the balance I am very dissatisfied

After speaking with the owner of this establishment I felt reassured that everything would be okay concerning the rental car but it was not so no I am not satisfied to the tune of $900 and something dollars dissatisfied

Since my vehicle was repaired I hear a noise when I am driving

The communication was horrible I wasn't being informed about what was going on as far a my repair I had to call they lied 4 times about the date that my vehicle would be ready they'd give me a date and when I'd call to verify my pick up time for that date they'd give me another date.

Only comment I have is the bumper looks beautiful! I was disappointed that it took almost 2 full weeks to get the parts in and complete the job. Original estimate was 5 days. Thank you!

The repair shop told me they get parts within a day or two. The estimated completion was April 23. I picked up the vehicle a month after that! Unless I called and asked what the status was they did not contact me until the last two or three days of the repair.
