there were problems that were not the the repair facilities fault, but more upfront communication was needed to keep me informed about what was happening. I seem to be the one doing more of the calling of being called about the status of my car.

there was a spot of paint on the driver's door I need to be retouched, and there was some work that needed to be finished up on the passenger side. a scuff on the Chrome and some white on the rubber of the door. all of the repair seem to be good and operational.

it would have been better to be kept a little better informed about the status of my car. there were a couple of times when he was a waiting for parts to come in that I did not understand what was happening. the seatbelt issue was not his fault, but I wish I understood a little bit earlier what was going on. I did not realize you could take such a long time to get it in. also while he was waiting for the seat belt to come in I went in to check a couple of times and there was seem to be little progress being made on my car. I realized he couldn't finish the job without the seatbelt but it would have been nice to see progress.

A day after picking up vehicle the blinker quit working,the body shop did'nt replace pistons that hold up rear hatch,also window pistons not replaced.

Was promised truck by a certain date and it was not finished on time. The shop never called to update me, and the grill that I had on my truck is not the same one that they put back on it. Would not ever use this shop again and would not recommend to anyone.
