My apps on my monitor were all messed up and my clock was wrong. I got it reset but not the Home Screen so I’m going to have to redo it with the manual. I also had to delete one of the tech phones from my Bluetooth settings.

My car looks good as new and the repairs were done in decent timing considering how long it takes to get parts. The only issues I had were lack of communication- I had to reach out any time I wanted an update, I never got a call about any updates other than when my car was ready. Other issue was that one minor piece was missing but my car was still drivable while I waited for that piece to come in (not a problem) but that piece covered my trailer hitch and when I came back to get the piece put on they told me they were glad I didn’t haul anything since I picked it up because my hitch wasn’t bolted in all the way…but my repairs look great!

Besides the confusion on wrong parts and materials I was appreciative of the great repair work on the body of my truck. Communication is damaged because I had to initiate a call and email to get any kind of update or call back. Your system asking for a review is the most consistent communication or outreach throughout the whole process. And lastly there was water sitting on the inside of my passenger door from where it seemed to have been sprayed then doctored up except that one piece in my door where they missed. Luckily all my electrical still works but I was not happy. Also a substance was sprayed on my wheels but not sprayed/wiped off which caused to leave a rough film on my wheels. I appreciated the truck wash but the workers washing vehicles are careless and could cause more issue than convenience. Your shop hands are the star of the show.
