My husband has used Chad's multiple times and has always had Shay helping him. He's never had a single complaint, and she was the sweetest every time i talked to her. Ashley was who helped me. I wasn't ever sure if she was telling me what I wanted to hear or had no idea what she was talking about. We were told for 3 days my car would be ready Friday. Friday evening at the latest due to washing and detailing. On Friday I was told it would be Monday. At 1115 am Monday the "finishing touches" were being put on. At 145, I called again to be told it wasn't ready and was asked if I wanted it detailed. Yet I couldn't pick it up for 3 days because of detailing? I was told if I wanted it detailed I could get it at 430. I said don't detail it, I just need the car as I already had to pay an extra day for my rental. There were lots of unreturned messages and "I'll call you backs" that never happened. I do understand this is a busy shop but the communication was terrible on Ashley's part.
