I picked the shop because they are an excellent body shop. When I was a victim of a crash and found not at fault I knew I would utilize a Network Shop. Progressive utilizes the network platform for lifetime warranty of repairs as long as I remain the owner of the repaired vehicle. This was and remains the best shop in my area for repairs and the lifetime warranty nationwide is an extra selling point for me. Chad’s kept me updated and informed of my repairs the entire time. Communication with the insurance company wasn’t where I think it could be, but the shop dint leave me wondering on repairs or the next step(s). I got my vehicle back and it looks like it was never hit.
