John was knowledgeable, patient, kind, helpful and did exceptional work! We were so pleasantly surprised (and grateful) that he kept an open line of communication with us throughout the entire process. We could not have been more pleased with the outcome of the repairs. To top it off, our son's truck (which our dear boy -much to our annoyance- typically keeps in a perpetual state that can only be described as absolutely FILTHY) had been washed AND DETAILED!! (Not light work, I'm certain!) I can't remember a time when any service provider has gone so far above and beyond to earn our patronage.
