The team at Champaign Automotive handled all aspects of our body repair and insurance claims / communications / billing in a timely, professional manner. They additionally provided complimentary transportation to an auto rental agency while our car was in for repairs. Josh and Matt were diligent in working with the insurance company and patient in walking me through the repair and payment process. It took awhile to get the parts in and the repairs completed but at the end of the day my car looked brand new and I am very grateful for their expertise and professionalism.

We know some other people who manage repair shops and my husband spoke to one and he said they would have had it completely done in one week and would have ordered all of the parts necessary in the first place to repair it

It took much longer than originally estimated and I had asked for a dent to also be removed on the hood and it was not done so am disappointed in the understandings that were communicated during drop off.
