When I drop my car off I was treated with good customer service the lady up front offered coffee and water while waiting. I really appreciate it the updates that I got while my car was getting repaired. Overall I feel that Gerber collisions is a very professional company and they did a great job with the repairs.

Claims process was made easily the company kept in constant contact and appreciate the updates. As far as the status of the repair is going in the approximate time that it would take for completion.

Everything was exploded thoroughly and what the process was and where to go and was advised that they would keep in contact
