Very rude customer service by the service staff when we picked up. Also, was lied to and said all parts were brand new, but on the parts list, everything said used. They GLUED my trim piece on the side of my truck bed and it’s already broken off and lost on the highway. Never will recommend them for anything ever again.

So very pleased with the service and the people. Christi was outstanding. She took time to explain everything, spent time finding the parts I needed for a very old truck and kept me well informed of the progress. It was a super experience.

Overall the workers were super helpful and informative and very easy to work with! I also thought they did great job on the work, but I’m still having some issues with the car sensors and something still feels off with the front right tire/passenger side from when I had tried dodging the deer and went over the rumble strips/gravel on side of the road sadly.

Our frustration is primarily with the communication and scheduling. We should have been informed that the tailgate was not there and given the option to continue using our truck until the tailgate had arrived. We would have much preferred to keep working with our truck rather than having it sit at the shop while we incurred additional costs for the rental that would not have been needed. I emailed my concerns to them and received no response. Overall just unprofessional customer service.

I am more than pleased with the service I received here. I brought my car in for a front bumper repair and it was returned in pristine condition, they even vacuumed and wiped down my car! Christi was an absolute joy to work with, and kept us updated and explained everything. 5 stars!!
