I was able to contact an agent quickly after the event (tree limbs fell on car). The agent explained my options, including rental car etc. I was then able to meet with an adjuster two days later at the repair shop. We looked at the car together, which I appreciated, and he explained everything clearly. I was happy to hear that OEM parts would be used. The process proceeded as explained from there, and nothing unexpected happened. I received follow-up info from main office and from the adjuster. Great service over all.

I was able to contact the shop quickly, and get the car in quickly. The shop manager explained everyone and contacted me with updated info a couple of days later, The car repair was completed on the schedule he estimated, and the work was well-done. When the car was ready, and I was on a tight schedule, he offered to stay late to allow me to pick it up after hours. In the end this was not needed, but I appreciated the offer. Great service overall.

They are very reliable and careful in their work. They even washed my Subaru before returning it to me and gave me a ride from Mahomet when I dropped off my car and again when I picked it up.
