I went to pick up my vehicle and noticed a damaged part that was missed during the inspection and was able to talk to the supervisor. He was apologetic, got the part ordered, and offered a spare vehicle to get around if my insurance company wouldn’t extend the duration of the rental. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and helpful.
