No communication. Said they would call and didn’t on at least three occasions. Sent the car to a service shop without telling me until it was there. I have nothing good to say about the service.

Repairs were done well. Car looks beautiful. I only paid my deductible, as promised. Collision company dealt directly with my Insurance carrier. Only issue was the time as my car was in the repair shop 2 1/2 weeks, but they took it to the dealer as promised for an oil change to be completed. They also provided transportation for me for drop off and pick up. Car was washed and cleaned when I picked it up.
