The work on the auto was complete and that part I am satisfied with. The issue I had prior to the work beginning was the lack of response to my request for communication. I requested a telephone call on two separate occasions for an explanation of charges on the estimate I received. I was told that I would receive a call back both times but this did not happen and sensed I was going into the repair with mystery charges. The repair was needed, and the repair work looks and seems spot on. Thanks for that aspect.

You did a great job fixing the repairs however there are a couple places on the hood. I feel you could’ve buffed out those scratch spots. Also, there’s sheepskin by noise that comes on. I will show it to my sister Carol so she can explain it to you.
