A totally fantastic customer experience! All of the staff at Preston Highway were outstanding, provided the quote for all work on the spot, and offered whatever assistance I needed. My vehicle was taken to the Crestwood location, where I was kept informed of all repairs and progress on a regular basis. The technicians at the shop found some damage I hadn’t seen which required paint work and that work is fantastic, the paint matches perfectly and was certainly done professionally. These folks washed and cleaned the truck and it looked as nice or better than the day I bought it! Could not be more happy or pleased with the total experience at Classic Collision and give the highest recommendation to anyone in need of auto body repairs, an awesome company to do business with! They did an amazing job on the repair but got something on the leather on the door and on the carpet in the back. Also, there is a door sensor that was hanging down under the car that I had to tape up, (for now). Hopefully, they can repair the leather damage where they tried to clean it and repair the sensor. Other than that, they were great!

The car was moved to a different location and that was fine. But when I called the location I dropped it off to have the over spray removed from my rear passenger window and gasketing replaced as it is coming at the edges I was told I had to drive to the location in Lagrange to it taken care of since they did the work. Really don't think it is right I have to drive an hour to get a mistake fixed when the store I dropped it off at is a 5 minute drive

Originally it was good customer service. It went down hill when I was told i had to drive to the location that did my repair work in order to fix an mistake may by them. Instead of the location 5 minutes away.
