The repairs were excellent. I understand delays bc of parts needed. My issue was lack of timely communication. Every date I was given had to be moved - which was fine. But if I didn't call at the end of that given date, no one updated me. Even when I dropped my car off (in the morning), I was told I'd get a call the next day. Did I? No. I waited until late Friday and called you. Then, last week, they gave me a Wed for getting the vehicle. Then, after I called, my person called me Thurs and said Mon at the latest. Late Mon, no word. So I called again and was told Wed. Why did I do all the calling???

My Malibu looks great. You can't even tell it had been in an accident. Also, the office staff was very helpful and kept me up to date on what was going on and when the car would be ready to pick up. Very nice job by the entire team. Thank you!
