They were very unprofessional, and I understand that an accident in their loaner vehicle was a bad thing, and it would have been taken care of but by law, they were not supposed to keep my personal vehicle.These were two separate incidents.

I had a accident in a loaner car and was told until my $1000 deductible was met they would be keeping my personal vehicle that was there and already repaired.

They avoided all of mine and my spouses calls and once we were able to cover the ded on the loaner car they finally would speak to us and had two employees on speaker trying to justify why they held my vehicle hostsgr.

We talked a few times about the scratches another vehicle caused which was being covered by her insurance the scratches are still visible and I now need to somehow find time to bring the car back in - extremely disappointing
