Everything looks good. I only gave it 8 cause there’s a hole in the wheel well & I asked to have that wheel balanced but it wasn’t. I had it balanced elsewhere & the freeway vibration went away. Otherwise the cosmetic work looks good.

They were very unprofessional, and I understand that an accident in their loaner vehicle was a bad thing, and it would have been taken care of but by law, they were not supposed to keep my personal vehicle.These were two separate incidents.

I had a accident in a loaner car and was told until my $1000 deductible was met they would be keeping my personal vehicle that was there and already repaired.

They avoided all of mine and my spouses calls and once we were able to cover the ded on the loaner car they finally would speak to us and had two employees on speaker trying to justify why they held my vehicle hostsgr.
