The work was done well, which is what really matters. I’m just disappointed that a more realistic time line wasn’t given after I was call multiple times to see when the vehicle would be in for body work. Give a client an over shoot for how long it will take instead of staying it will take longer than the original timeline.

Need my Emissions Label placed on my under hood front location as I had before the Deer hit my 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer. I want to rate a10 but without my Emissions Label I can only give a 9 . Chris said he is working on it.

The repair job is fine but the communication was nonexistent during the process. The car was there three weeks and the only information received was a text indicating a tentative completion date. This was changed 4 times and the only communication we received was a text the day after missing a date stating it was being extended. Then the service personnel seemed frustrated when we would call asking the status. We were warned by several of our neighbors about having Champion do the work and we should have listened. What they told us would happen is exactly what happened. The car will be kept for a very long time and you will not receive any communication. This is the last time we go to champion for anything. Will drive a half hour or longer to a different dealer for any service or purchase in the future
