Jim and Penny are great but the automated text system said my car was going to be ready on time....I ended up getting my car back three weeks later. I wasn't called with updates, I had to call or stop in. The problem may have been with the parts supplier but these parts were supposedly orderedBEFORE they even took the car... I was very happy with the quality of the repair, but almost 5 weeks for rather minor bumper repair was ridiculous.
