We received a phone call that the car was done and ready for pickup. When we arrived it was not. It was ready the next day. I know that communication can get crossed and we don't live that far from the shop. But when it was completed. Great job.

The repaired portion is beautiful.

I walked in to them within an hour of the accident and immediately was made to feel comfortable, safe etc. I’d never dealt with an an accident before and they helped me figure all that out. (I swear I’m an adult). They also made sure that if I was uncertain about something with the truck that they paid special attention (or routine) but made a point of getting back to me.

I hit a deer and the damage was relatively minor but the car so old it was totaled. Champion worked hard to keep the cost of repair affordable and it ended up costing $1300 less than the original estimate.
