She went above and beyond handling my rental reservations so I didnt have to wait around, even staying after closing so my Subaru could get into the shop. I truly appreciate your help!

The only problem I had was that I had to call to initiate communication when I hadn’t heard back a few days after dropping my car off. I was told I would be notified about the estimate “usually within 24 hours” but did not hear back which prompted me reaching out first. Everything else was fine.
