My car was not fixed properly and when we attempted to have the work corrected, we were told we needed to arrange an appointment with their vendor independently . It was implied that it was no longer Gerber's problem.

Our repairs were not done correctly and when we brought it back in we were told to contact their vendors independently to fix the work. It was our responsibility to have the glass guy make sure the window was lined up and sealed. This should have been apart of the overall repair and therefore taken care of.

Gerber was great. Only small hiccups are things outside the control of Gerber employees. This is no reflection on Gerber just purely informational for feedback, but the Enterprise next door you contract with caused a bit of a headache. Brandon at Enterprise was great but was working solo and it took 45 minutes to get a vehicle. I would hate for their inadequacy to be a reflection on Gerber as they’re recommended by you. Also, the very limited parking situation when dropping off was a pain point. Overall, these situations are not enough to drop Gerber itself form a perfect 10 score, especially when it comes to providing comments on Stacie and Phil who gave five star customer service.
