Chaparral Buick resolved issues with my SUV after a body shop, tire shop and a different Buick dealership failed to do anything but make the situation worse. The employees at the Collision Center are really wonderful. Not only did they do awesome body work and the paint job (my Dad has done this his entire life so I can definitely recognize great work), they also have the very best morals, honesty, and integrity. I had unknowingly left a black jewelry box in the car which blended in with my black interior so I overlooked it. It had a 1/3 carat diamond cluster ring that on sale was $400 and still had the price tag on it. The employees vacuumed my car and found it and placed it in my front console area for me to find. You do not come across people like them very often this day and age so they deserve praise and recognition! Trustworthy great customer service, and work! Thanks again!
